Kids' Bike Ride

  • Twin Birch Golf Club & Restaurant 1030 County Road 612 Kalkaska, MI, 49646 United States (map)

The Kalkaska Conservation District, Live Well Kalkaska Substance Free Coalition, Twin Birch, & Norte are all teaming up to host a bike ride for kids 8 and up!
Join us at Twin Birch Golf Club & Restaurant on Friday, June 14th from 10am-1pm for a fun morning enjoying the great outdoors in Northern Michigan!
We will start the morning off with a quick rundown of bike safety from a Norte Coach. Then, Kwin Morris with Twin Birch will lead us on the new trails throughout the wooded property. Lunch will be provided at the clubhouse after the ride.
This event is totally FREE, but register now because we are limiting this event to the first 25 children!

Kids are welcome to bring their own bikes and helmets*, or they can be provided by Norte.
*Helmets must be worn while on bikes. If your child does not have a helmet, Norte will provide one (please note that need in registration). Please inform your child of this rule before dropping them off.

While we feel this event is best suited for children 8 and up, those under 8 years old are welcome to attend if a parent/guardian attends.

Registration is REQUIRED and must be done by June 11, 2024. Register here: https://forms.gle/NwvNLKpnb1dYpgEW8

Closed toe shoes are required. This event will take place rain or shine, so dress for the weather! In the case of thunderstorms or snow, we will reschedule.
