Beet & Apple Salad

It’s officially fall! Which means apples are bountiful in Northern Michigan. This recipe is a great way to use up those extra apples (and beets) you might not be sure what to do with.

It comes together extremely quickly, doesn’t require any cooking, and only has 5 ingredients. People who claimed to “not like beets” gave it a try and loved it. You can also adjust the ratio of beets to apples for your picky eaters.
